Mark Waldman is Executive MBA Faculty at Loyola Marymount University. Chris Manning, MBA, PhD, is a professor in the College of Business at Loyola Marymount University teaching entrepreneurship, finance, and real estate investment, and he is one of the founders of LMU’s Executive MBA program. Chris has served as President of the American Real Estate Society. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Real Estate Research and has been published in many academic journals. He was a managing partner of a national financial consulting firm, worked for Bank of America as a corporate lending officer, and has coached thousands of corporate leaders. Chris served as an officer in the United States Army in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
